The computer works great. I had a hiccough migrating my old one over, but that was total user error.
Now, as to my experience...
Whelpt. I had the item selected but, since I was at work, it took a while for me to get back to it.
Since there were only a few on hand, I refreshed the page to make sure they still had one... and the price went up by $30. WTH, YO! Whatever, it was still a good price.
Then! When I go to check out, they ask for a rating. Okay, that's fair. However, they won't accept just stars. I HAD to write a review in order to continue. I don't like that. Not at all. This review is from Apple Mac mini (2018) 3.2GHz 6-Core i7 - Used, Very Good Condition.

This price with the top specs. Very reasonable.
I don't care the appearance so I chose the used but good condition. The face of this Mac mini is quite well to me. Delivery is fast. Works perfect

This takes up so little space, fits on top of my Mac Studio. Both take up less than 1/3 space of my old desktop. I did not think to check processor vulnerabilities in the older processor so it does have the Specter Intel problem but I use it internally for mostly Parallels VM hosting so it works perfect for low energy/heat/space. OMG!!! What an upgrade!

I have used my mini (2014) for many years. I got an SSD from Macsales in 2020 to replace the failing disk drive. This brought it back to life.
The 2014 hardware will no longer run much of the software — even browsers so it was time to upgrade. I had thought to purchase the 2025 NEW mini but that was much more machine than I needed and the new release possibly caused trade-ins of the 2018 iteration which is touted as a great version of the mini. This reconditioned 2018 is just what I needed and it has the latest OS already loaded (Sequoia).

Still tops after many years

Not my first time buying from MacSales as I have bought from them since 2009 - 2010(?) Needed a quality desktop after my previous workhorse MacMini motherboard finally fried, and they delivered a beautiful refurb. model to me. Been the first time in a minute since I had a machine with an up-to-date OS, and this alone to me is a wonderful thing. The fact that this lil' powerhouse has more than what I need for projects and work planned, gives me great comfort.

Extremely happy with my refurbished MAC Mini.

I had high hopes when I entered the to look for refurbished options and found Mac mini to suite my budget. I ticked some boxes and made payment. As per usual, I immediately got my repsonse and had to wait for the delivery. It took roughy a week, International delivery. I opened the parcel and was happy to have found it safe and no marks. The packaging was well packed and one couldn't tell this was a refurbished unit. The folks even installed the latest macos on it. Very happy with my purchase and for sure will come back for more. seems picky about cables

Seems picky about cables, tried and trying different hdmi and used C to hdmi cables. for the most part it works for me. late in the day in the southwest it runs at about 104º F on top. fairly happy so far been two weeks or so. new OS is a learning curve for sure. Not one in Very Good condition. Not sure why the review had it that way.
Other than that, arrived packaged well. I was able to update it to Sequoia w/o any issues. Seems to be running fine (it does run warm, but it is Intel, so that’s to be expected).
Shipped and received in about a week. I’ve been purchasing from Macsales since as long as I can remember, never been disappointed even when I had to deal with returns, etc. Thanks - JQ. Mac Sales is Great! Apple needs to improve user experience..

The computer arrived sooner than expected, very securely packed, and has worked better than expected. The only hiccup was during the initial set up, Apple's set up software didn't give an option to connect a bluetooth keyboard. This may work fine with an Apple keyboard, but it didnt see my third party one. There is no option to configure bluetooth keyboard and I thought I was stuck having to buy an wired or Apple keyboard just to setup my computer, until I found some very helpful post online (https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/how-do-you-pair-a-bluetooth-keyboard-to-a-mac-during-macos-setup.2217028/) that explained how to get to the system prefrences from the setup software. This is a big miss by Apple. While I was searching for a solution I came across many first time Mac users who had just bought the M4 MacMini, and hit the same snag. No Difficulties thus far

It arrived quickly and well packed. It boots up nice and quiet and will ethernet network clean with my MacMini 2010 Server configuration. I need to put in a 10TB hard drive in it. I just have to get into the learning curve cause my imaging apps are on my older cpu. FWIW I would recommend this item to a friend!

Works Well But Not Excellent Condition As Advertised

Intel Mac mini works well (I bought it to run Windows on it via Boot Camp), but there is a visible nick in the Mac mini's aluminum housing. I personally would not advertise something as being in excellent condition with that sort of defect. I would recommend this item to a friend! Purchased this used 2018 Mac Mini for telescope control in my observatory. Item arrived quickly and in great shape. Was able to quickly install Mac OS 15 and the software I needed and deploy as a headless computer at the telescope. I have a Mac Studio with OS15.2 one of my favorite Programs Hallmark Card crashed when I updated to OX15.
I purchased the Mini with 15.1 and installed the Hallmark app.
The Mini sits on top of my Mac Studio, a perfect fit.
I can now use My Apple Studio as the monitor.

Not very good condition, and unit miraculously fixes itself.

There were multiple issues with the computer when I tried to hook it up, from video issues to freezing to getting really hot just two minutes into initial setup but then the fan kicked in and it stuttered and clicked and was either super dirty or on borrowed time, I returned the unit and was told that none of the issues could be duplicated. …say what? Okay, we can have different connection set-ups, freezing can be random, and everybody seems to have a different opinion about how hot a cpu can safely get and for what reasons but an old clunky poorly running fan can’t fix itself, it just can’t. If and that’s a big IF there is that much free floating detritus in the unit that it happened to clear itself on the journey back for the fan to suddenly run smoothly then it wasn’t serviced thoroughly and that makes it a product I can’t trust and do not want, the condition description, I have come to learn, is only the aesthetics of the housing.
