Arrived as promised. Setup was simple. Performance, so far is as good as one can expect from a secondhand phone in mint condition.

Funny; this doesn't look used

I was pleased to see this deal pop across my email. Looked good. I trust OWC. So I went for it. The phone arrived promptly and It. Looks. New. Seriously, I cannot find a flaw on it. Maybe that's not true for every one of the SEs they had to sell, but it was for mine.
The only downside is that the battery has several cycles on it. But the phone wasn't sold as brand new, so I still think I did okay. Would have been nice to have had an idea of battery health on the advertisement, though, or at least verbiage that presented the idea that the case/screen might have had minor marks or the battery had had some use. That’s the only thing that keeps me from giving that fifth star. I would recommend this item to a friend!

MacSales phone support was excellent. The iPhone was delivered in packaging that protected the phone similar to Apple refurbished packaging. The iPhone was in excellent condition. The only concern was the iPhone indicated that the battery health is under 90% implying that there is less than 10% health degradation that is acceptable before Apple will indicate the battery needs to be replaced. I would recommend this item to a friend!
