Rating: 4/5 iMac update purchase February 23, 2022 This iMac arrived in perfect condition. Memory (32 GB) and SSD (500 GB) were installed as ordered. I had it delivered to the local UPS Store to avoid the "porch pirates" that have recently been plaguing my city. It came with Big Sur so I wiped the SSD and installed a clean Monterey OS. Then used Migration Assistant to move the data off the drive in my old iMac (27-inch late 2013) to my new (27-inch 2020 - current model). I've been using it now for several weeks and so far it has performed as expected. I'm satisfied with the purchase. My only suggestion would be to have included some advice for setting the machine up. I had to call my son for some help in the setup.
