Ordering via the website and the pricing of the hardware I was interested in was easy & competitive, but I now must deal with APPLE Care/Repair because I am outside the 30 day window (for direct return/refund) -- I am as of this review 42 calendar days from order date but experienced the issue at the 34 day mark. I have successfully purchased used/refurbished MAC item prior to this from other online companies - this personally is my first issue and my first order with macsales.com, so buyer beware. Customer & Tech Support was polite and timely in there responses. My rating of poor is only because I have defective hardware and I wish the warranty period/terms would have allowed replacement or return directly with macsales.com

Rating: 5/5 Excellent experience! June 9, 2022 I made several phone calls to MacSales.com regarding the computer and its 2TB hard drive before making the purchase online. My computer is essentially brand new with all the power I will need in my work. It was delivered ahead of schedule. This is my second computer purchase from MacSales.com, but I have purchased a variety of other products like memory, keyboards, mice, and hard drives over the years. Only one purchase (a dock) was a disappointment as that product failed just out of warranty. MacSales have great products and usually very reasonable prices compared to buying direct from Apple. I recommend anyone interested in Apple products check out MacSales first.
