I bought two of these. I figured I would give one to a friend who travels a lot. Well, she may never see it. I find it so confusing to use. (I have had a different one for years which is a no-brainer to plug in or use on a phone or other items. Not this one. First of all, why is everything in black? Very difficult to read. And which side is the charging side and which side plugs into a phone? I have already thrown these in a drawer and will not be using them. Good thing I got them on sale. I will probably donate them. Granted, I am not that computer savvy. Only been using computers since 1994, so probably have a lot to learn. And got my first smart phone in 2014, so that is only 10 years. Obviously not long enough to figure out this dumb gadget. Do not recommend.

I have 4 of them 1 was basically DOA but as they were cheap I decided not to try to return them. As for the other 1 seems to work okay the other 2 only last a short time before needing recharge. They can charge a phone but when attached to my watch they only charge to 70% . I have other power banks that will charge the watch with no problem. Idk like the charge cords that came with them.

The power bank transfers power and recharges as advertised. I would recommend that the visual illustrations be printed a little larger, which would be a boost to easier understanding.
