I've been using Apple keyboards exclusively and decided to try this keyboard primarily because of the backlighting, fast switching, and dual battery feature, and the fact that it's aluminum and is very similar in design to the Apple keyboard.
SPEED, ACCURACY, LATENCY: After speed and accuracy testing, I found that, after getting used to the slight difference in tactile feel and response, my results were similar to that of my Apple keyboards:
Average Speed: 145wpm Accuracy: 100%
I experience zero latency on two different computers, an iPad Pro, and an iPhone. It takes approximately 2-4 seconds to complete the fast switch between devices.
The backlighting is awesome. Ten settings from very subtle to bright enough to use comfortably in the dark.
MEASUREMENT/SPACING: I've measured the size of keys and the space between, and the spacing of the main keys (distance between fingers) is the same as on an Apple keyboard. The individual keys are slightly narrower than the Apple ones, but fingers land in the same place and space; I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't measured.
Keys along the right side like delete, return, right shift, and right control are all a bit wider, or I would call them more generous. Since the length doesn't affect touch keyboarding in any way, it's actually quite nice. The fn modifier keys along the top are aligned slightly differently with the number keys below, but since I'm usually looking at those keys when using them, it doesn't appear to be an issue.
COMPARISON TO APPLE KEYBOARD: The keyboard mechanism/response is not as quiet or "tight," so I initially felt a little off, almost like I had to work harder. But that dissipated as I became more accustomed to the keyboard feel and response.
It looks very similar to the Apple wireless extended keyboard; the aluminum gives it a solid feel.
All in all, I'm very pleased with this keyboard, and look forward to using it for work and personal use.
