"Wrap around" cord design - the longer right earbud cord length wraps around back of neck like a "chain" to prevent cord dangle and keeps left bud in while removing the right one when talking.     Good customer service

    I received my order, it was complete ( 4 sets of earbuds) but one of earbuds did not work on one side. Expecting a lengthy authorization return process I called customer service and was told that I would be sent a replacement and in my case would not need to return the defective earbuds! The replacement earbuds arrived a few days later. Very good experience over all.

    I use these on my iPod for audio books when i am out & about. Not sure about the 'Bass' as powerful, but the do sound better than the other ones i have tried in th $25-50 range.

    These NewerTech earbuds are more comfortable than any other earbud I have used with my Ipod. Clear crisp sound and deep rich bass.
