This cover still fits well and can be removed with only moderate effort for laptop maintenance/upgrade. Its major deficiency was the gradual loss of all non-slip rubber feet on the bottom. My Air has seen a lot of travel, and all four rubber feet have come off and got lost over its first 5 years -- making the laptop slippery on smooth surfaces. The cover has provided excellent protection for the computer (not a scratch on it in 10 years). Wish OWC stocked replacement feet (with much stronger adhesive).

The MacBook Air cover will protect the laptop from dings, scratches and probably some flexing. Although it's listed as "White" it's more like "Clear and Frosted". Unfortunately it does not clip to the laptop as securely as some brands and the bottom rear edge and corners are basically jammed into place and not actually attached. It's not going to fall off so not worth returning but could have been attached better.

Just got a used MacBook Air that has a few scuffs on it. This cover hides them very well, while still allowing ventilation/cooling of the laptop. I like it!!
