I'm in Singapore, by the way, location of the inaugural Trump-Kim summit. I chose DHL express. Product was very well packaged. Installation was a breeze. Took me about 5 minutes to install on my iMac 21.5" (mid-2010) and restarted without a hitch. 'About This Mac' read "16GB 333 MHz DDR3" right away. Desktop file icons appeared instantaneously as soon as desktop appears - this has never happened before. Normally, beach balls turns and turns for a long time before icons start to trickle in, but this time, it was like Boom!, all there and refreshed with the respective document icons. I can feel the overall performance of my iMac is now speedier even with many applications opened at the same time. Clicking on any folders will display file directory at once without having to wait for comp to 'think'. I'm very happy with the product. Thank you OWC. I highly recommend this product!
