- When connecting to a USB host computer via USB-A to USB-C adapter cable, Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini will function at USB 3.2 (5Gb/s) speeds.
- Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini is not compatible with the USB-C port on the OWC USB-C Dock. Please connect to one of the USB-A ports instead. Performance is identical on all USB ports on the USB-C Dock.
- If your USB host supports the USB Power Delivery 2.0 specification, it can bus-power the Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini. Other USB hosts may be able to bus-power this device as well. If you find that your chosen host does not bus-power the device, please use the included power supply.
- USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gb/s) and USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gb/s) are the same USB standard identification. Please view our Knowledgebase article USB Cable Standard and Speed Chart for more details.
- The OWC Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini has an ON/OFF Switch. The switch is receded and requires a paper-clip or similar flat tool to toggle the position.

Pre-sales focused exactly on my needs - RAID was new territory
Setting up a dedicated slide/film/photo scanning suite for my personal archives. I know I needed the best storage I could get, so I opted for a simple beginners RAID solution. Pre-Sales set me right so I purchased a SSD solution. Setup a cinch. Now I am ready to work hard and not loose my files. If I was home, not an ocean away, I would add so pics.
