Awesome SSD
Typing this on my MacBook Pro retina 11,3 which I was told only allows 1 TB and I was tired of deleting stuff to gain space. I was about to buy another Mac but for 800 dollars I get 2 TB plus an external SSD drive great deal great product

Great solution!
I bought the OWC Aura Pro X because my Apple SSD drive had a burn out. I didn't know beforehand, that the Aura Pro X would only be compatible if my MacBook Pro had done the High Sierra / Mojave update, which by the time my Apple SSD died, I hadn't done yet. So, when I tried to install the Aura Pro X, it wasn't showing up in disk util, in other words, it was useless. I called OWC customer service, and they had the solution: they would borrow me an original Apple SSD drive, what they called "Apple rental drive". With the Apple SSD in hand, I was able to install the Mojave, what updated a firmware inside my mac, and then it made the Aura Pro X available on disk utilities. I'm using my MacBook Pro with the Aura Pro X running as I write this review. Thanks heaps OWC for having all the solution I needed to fix my Mac.
