- When the OWC Aura SSD is installed in a mid-2013 MacBook Air 13" (MacBookAir6,2), the computer may intermittently boot to a flashing question mark. Restarting the computer or resetting the SMC will allow the computer to boot normally. We are working to resolve this issue.

I have referred friends to OWC because I know the quality is high and if there is an issue (a rare occurrence), they will take care of whatever the problem may be. The installation video made the project simple, and OWC went above and beyond to help me with a problem I had.

My original SSD for my MBP, mid-2015 had "died". OWC was very VERY helpful in ensuring that I had a replacement SSD and in a short time frame. Not only that, but I had called to ask if my new SSD required a firmware update; they were very helpful in ensuring that I did not need one. Thank you, OWC for such excellent service! Hopefully SSD's will be available for replacement in the forthcoming MBP's. If so, OWC should be the lead provider. Cheers! -George
