I purchased what I thought would be a brand new 4 TB Accelsior 4M2 PCIe SSD and receive a used one with Files already loaded on the SSD and the older Aurora version Ultra 3 memory. Very disappointing. I will not be shopping at OWC again. Customer services response was it should be the same as the new Ultra 3 memory. When you buy a new product, you expect a new product. Especially when it cost $200 more than the same product you purchased a year ago. The Accelsior 4M2 PCIe SSD had already been formatted and had files already loaded onto it that were NOT the SoftRAID program. I do know the difference between a new and used SSD.
