Zero Problems
I have had this dock for over a year and by now I would have expected it to be the cause of a few minor lockups, crashes or slowdowns. Other cheaper USB docks have let me down in the past. Not this Thunderbolt 2 dock. It works flawlessly as if it were designed to be a natural part of my MacPro. It has not caused any problems so far.

Works as advertised
Bought this for my MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012). I was having problems with overloading the usb 3 ports. I could not run a high-end USB mic while I had a 3.5 external drive (dock has its own power source). By offloading the drive onto the USB ports of the Thunderbolt 2 Dock I was able to run everything without an issue.
