The item I purchased arrived as scheduled. I connected it to my Mac Studio, inserted the Display Port to USB-C cables, and connected them to my monitors. Nothing...tried everything I could think of (which I admit is very minimal, as Im not very tech or computer savvy), couldn't get them to work. Contacted OWC tech support via their live chat feature, got a great rep named Jordyn, and he promptly figured out I had purchased the wrong type of DP to USB-C cables...I had apparently purchased "omni directional" cables from Amazon, and I needed "bi directional" cables...WHO KNEW? (please refer to previous paragraph). OWC doesn't carry cables, Jordyn even went to a couple sites, found the type of cables I needed, and sent me the links. I ordered the new cables, hooked them up, and...voila, everything worked great! This was truly how this type of customer service experience should go...understanding rep able to read their clients tech knowledge (and I wasn't shy about telling him as well), brought the terminology down to what I could comprehend, helped me troubleshoot and quickly diagnosed the issue. Then, offered up the solution and did a little extra "legwork" to really help out the customer, which ended up resolving the issue in as short a time as was possible. Just excellent all around, and Jordyn was a gem!!
