    Upon receipt of your unit, OWC will make every attempt to service it and arrange shipping back to you all within 48 weekday (Monday-Friday) business hours, excluding U.S. national holidays. This warranty service timeframe does not include data recovery attempts, out of stock items/components, or upgrade/product replacements.

Very stylish (goes well with new iMacs), and a 3-year warranty to boot! Don't care much for the bundled software, but I prefer my own anyway. Overall a tremendous value; am buying a 2nd one (3T unit) for my other new iMac coming in later this month (01/13).

    Rating: 4/5 good backup drive September 16, 2012 A really good backup drive, fast and a lot of space! I purchased two of these drives to backup as well my MBPr as my images and videos. Regarding durability I will have to see what happens over time, but the reviews of this drive don´t indicate a problem to be expected.

    The service of OWC regarding order process is just great! The involved staff is friendly, responsive and does everything to get your order shipped asap.

    The reason for giving this product only 4 stars? Let me call it the a little bit "misleading" description of the involved software. Consider buying the drive and the enclosure as separate items you could save some money. But then you think "Okay, in the bundle is also some helpful software included, therefore the higher price is reasonable". The problem, at least as I recognized: the included CCC version (a really great product for backups!) does not work with OS X Mountain Lion and you finally end up buying the software! No big deal at all, but you should be aware of it.
