Fluid and Frictionless Transaction
I have an older MAC and I was in need of extra storage. OWC made finding a solution easy by documenting which of their products work with legacy, older MACs. From there it was effortless in finding a solution to my data storage problem. Their external storage products are detailed and well documented so you know what you get, and checking out was easy. After transaction, communications were good as well, I got a receipt in my e-mail along with a product tracking number to observe the logistical transport journey. It arrived a day early in fact and that was transparent. All of this is why I give five stars and when I upgrade to a better computer I will very likely go with OWC products in the future to make managing digital storage easier.

Dead in a week
Within a day or two of getting the drive and formatting it, it started displaying an error when connecting it. A week later, it died. Mine came with a Toshiba PC L200 HHD, and it was in line with my experience with other Toshiba products: It deserves 1 star. Contacted support and told them of my experience and still haven't heard back after 10 days. Absolutely brilliant.
