- OWC SDXC UHS-II V90 Memory Card | OWC SDXC UHS-II V60 Memory Card users who updated to firmware v81.89 (August 2025) through OWC Innergize, but have not run "Sanitize device", may experience the card locking up after continuous read/write operations.
- Specific command sequences, which rarely occur, may trigger this experience.

Instructions
- OWC SDXC Memory Card users with firmware v81.89 are highly recommended to run the "Sanitize device” function in OWC Innergize to ensure continued performance and reliability.
- Users who launch OWC Innergize while an OWC SDXC Memory Card is connected will be greeted with the following message:
- "Your Atlas Pro SD card is using firmware v81.89. If you haven't sanitized the card since upgrading to firmware v81.89, it's highly recommended to Sanitize this card to ensure continued performance and reliability.
- While not previously required of the v81.89 firmware update, we are not including that process a part of the update to prevent a rare chance of data loss."
