This is the second 16 TB drive I have ordered and it is a great product! Unfortunately, this order was missing the proper DC (APD-US) power adapter (the small piece that snaps onto the wall adapter to convert it for use in North America). After communicating with Tony in OWC customer service the part was overnight shipped by UPS. Yes I am impressed with the stellar customer service to rectify getting me the missing part. OWC understands what it takes to respond when a customer has a problem with an order
