I purchased a battery for 2010 Macbook, and one for a 2012 Macbook Pro. The battery for the Macbook is discharging with light uses is maybe 2hrs+. The battery for the Macbook Pro is discharging similar to the OEM battery, and is very impressive. I'm not happy with this battery for the MacBook. Both batteries are labeled as "NewerTech NuPower 74 Watt-Hour Battery", Maybe this is the expected performance for the 2010 Macbook battery. I am just shocked how quickly it drains. Additionally, the battery had damage looking like it was coming through the outer wrap. Mike

However, after the second email, we didn’t hear back. If you could please reply to the existing email thread with the coconut battery details, we’d be happy to continue assisting you and, if necessary, replace the battery. Our batteries are designed to last between 3-5 hours on a full charge, depending on usage, and if you're not experiencing this, we’d like to troubleshoot a few things to ensure the battery is working properly for you. Additionally, we’re concerned about the damage you mentioned on the battery’s outer wrap. Once we hear back from you, we’ll do everything we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
