excellent experience, changed my battery in 2 hours, need to organize you screws and do not loose them. video they provided was like being in surgery. take your time with the acetone and use it sparingly to loosen the batteries. OWC was recommended by a very reputable company in missoula, montana. my computer was to old for them to repair but I did it myself with help for organizing screws. they made the process easy.

I had been putting off doing a battery replacement for a while as I figured it would be a hassle, and no big deal being tethered to my power cord. After my Mac died one day after only 40 minutes on battery I decided to take the plunge. This is a great product, and although it's a bit of a hassle to do the replacement, the OWC kit includes everything you need to do it. Sit yourself down for a couple of hours and just work your way through it, you won't regret it in the end.
