Customer Reviews
I DONT WANT TO PUT IN THE MINIMUM CHARACTERS YOU CAN'T MAKE ME. STOP TRICKING ME BY GIVING ME ONE THING TO DO AND THEN ADDING MORE THINGS LATER ON. I DONT WANT TO PUT A TITLE. I DONT WANT TO PUT AN EXPERIENCE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH RESELLER RATINGS DOT COM IS HORRIBLE (but macsales was fine yo)

The late 2012 Mac Mini is, to my knowledge, the last of the upgradable Mac Minis (and therefore the last Apple product I will ever buy). I was able to replace the existing 256GB SSD with *TWO* 2TB SSDs using this kit. The physical part of the upgrade kit is really only part of the story; part of the value here is the expertise made available via the how-to collateral. Specifically, the videos were what turned what could have been a dystopian experience into a totally casual Saturday afternoon project. One piece of constructive criticism: part of this kit included a bonus kit to shield the Bluetooth antennae from frequencies put out by the USB 3 standard (I think I got that right). In reality, when you start to unpeel those existing adhesives, they don't stick back easily (after all this computer is almost 10 years old). Would be cool to either: 1. include some kind of safe glue in the kid to enable re-applying the adhesive, or 2. give me a link to some proper adhesive I can order from Amazon or Home Depot. I ended-up using a bit of Elmer's glue. Was that OK? I guess I'll find out. No problems so far. Anyhow, I appreciate the "Data Doubler" kit. Thanks folks!
