Generating Report for Tech Support

To Generate a SoftRAID report for Tech Support:

1. Launch SoftRAIDAccess the Utilities Menu and select Generate Report for Tech Support.

2. Enter your contact information (name and email address)

3. Information will be collected for the report and appear on your Desktop once complete (e.g. SoftRAIDTechSupportReport.sr_supt).

4. The SoftRAID report for Tech Support can now be provided to support to review for resolving any questions or concerns.
