Details
OWC Aura Ultra IV NVMe SSDs used with multi-bay NVMe drive enclosures, like the OWC Express 4M2, are not properly mounting on Thunderbolt 4 PCs over Thunderbolt 4 ports (Windows 10 and 11).
Two of the four drives don't mount. Other multi-bay NVMe enclosures are being tested to confirm this issue is present. More details will be provided as they are discovered.
Instructions
Users who purchased an affected assembly containing OWC Aura Ultra IV NVMe SSDs should have a replacement created that will result in the OWC Aura Ultra IV SSDs being replaced with suitable working NVMe SSDs.
