How can I cancel my order?

At MacSales.com we strive to have your order shipped out to you the same day! If you need to cancel your order, you can!

1) Login to your online account and view the order you would like to cancel. You can find, view and cancel the order as long as it has not shipped out. Select "Need to Cancel this Order".

2) The link will take you to a new screen to confirm that you want to cancel the order. Select "Yes, Cancel Order".

3) A confirmation will be received upon successful cancellation.

4) The order can not be cancelled if actively being processed by our team for shipping. Please immediately contact support for cancellation options.
