I didn't receive an item in my shipment. What do I do?

    Open all packages, retail boxes, and/or cartons you received. Often times, multiple products may be packaged in the same container.

    If you still find that there is a problem with a missing item on your order, please contact OWC Customer Service. OWC uses a triple-check system to verify that your order ships complete. We will use the information to re-verify that the package did indeed ship complete and we may at that time start a missing item claim with the shipper. Please hang onto all packing materials to assist in the claim. As listed on the packing slip, any discrepancy on an order must be reported within 48 business hours of shipment delivery. After this time period with some shippers we are no longer able to start a claim process.
