To request a return, start by logging in to your account, then select the order for the item you want to return.
If you placed your OWC order via phone, guest checkout, preorder, PayPal, or Amazon you may not have setup a password to access your OWC My Account portal where you can easily manage your purchases, write reviews, access software downloads, update your info, and more.
Adding a password is easy. Simply enter your e-mail address or order number below, and we will send you a secure link to add a password and gain access to your OWC My Account portal.
