The computer was left in sleep mode instead of being properly shut down, so when I first set it up, it warned that it didn't get properly shut down. This wasn't a big deal, but it surprised me that OWC let that happen. 2. The hard drive was supposed to be 2TB, but it was 1.92TB. I realize you don't usually get the full amount of the drive, but 80GB seemed like a lot to be missing.
