Great value purchase

I usually buy Mac systems refurbed, and this new iMac saved me some bucks. I opt to get a level or two above the base model, and am very pleased. The money saved on the purchase goes to a few peripherals or accessories, making it even better.

WHAT A DEAL! Everything went smoothly and fast; you can't say that about most other offerings. I bought several things from Other World Computing and have never been disappointed. However this new trade in serves as a WOW factor. They even pay for shipping. I got almost half the value of my new used computer upgrading to an M1 Mac. They don't supply the return packaging but will be glad to send anything they may have on hand if you request it. Fortunately I kept my old box so the service was a breeze. I can highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to take advantage of it in the future.

Decided to finally update from my old 2009 iMac. This Apple Re-furbished 24" iMac Retina 4.5K (2021) from MacSales is really great, running tha newer operating systems and with the OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock I also purchased from there all my old peripherals are working great, I would recommend this item to a friend! This computer is great. Arrived on time, great value. Easy to set up. Looks like a dream. So happy I got it. I know "Refurbished" can be scary, but when the right people do the job, it's a wonderful way to get the equipment that you need for a reasonable amount. this computer replaced my 2008 i mac and wow is there a big difference . my 2008 still works but was not being accepted by other websites because the browser was too old for them to recognize. this new computer is fast and so far i am not being rejected by any of the websites i use. i just had it set up for me yesyerday and m still trying to figure out how to get access to all my passwords but you would never guess this is a used computer and after using it for one day i am very happy I would recommend this item to a friend! My new iMac

I haven't really gotten my new iMac set up yet. I've been really busy and I'm stumped getting the data off my 2010 iMac 27". Some advice (transfer it via the cloud, Get a big fast external drive and spend hours downloading and uploading.) I would recommend this item to a friend! Good condition but missing peripherals.

The computer was in great shape. However did not include the keyboard and mouse that are bundled with an iMac. Seemed like an excellent deal until you buy both the mouse and keyboard and realized you could have just purchased a brand new iMac for the same money. As an overseas consumer and Mac user it is an excellent service provided by MacSales .com. This is my second purchase of a used IMAC from Mac sales and I did not have any major issues so far.
