Device was sent out and received within a week of order. It was in a "good" condition which honestly was in excellent/flawless condition with no noticeable damage (scuffs/scraps/etc) -> was pleasantly surprised and would definitely buy again from here (especially with the great prices! ... Mostly good but people upgrading should be reminded, for instance, to verify enough ports on the new device to support your existing equipment connectors or offer adapters from USB to USB-C, etc.
Also, I chose regular shipping which may have been intentionally delayed by your shipping department and then actually delayed by bad weather... only a day late but would have been nice for your company if it had arrived a day early... I have tried 2 different keyboards, (USB) and am still unable to get any control of this Mac Mini. The best I can do is only use the up/down keys to highlight "United States". Much better than expected

Unfortunately, time has come for replacement of my home workhorse, the 2012 Mac mini that has served me, well, since 2012. I got stuck on Mojave and despite a possible upgrade to Catalina, this would be just extending the agony.
Thus, I got this machine, fully loaded with 64GB of RAM and 2 TB SSD. Connected my two 27inch screens, one through the HDMI port, the other through the USB C, Hooked up the 10Gb Ethernet and here we go under the latest Sonoma.
Speed is excellent, everything is running as it should and one minor issue was resolved by the Customer Support on the spot.
I am really happy with the purchase and the Cyber Monday sale price.
