Tiny keyboard

my 2011 Mac keyboard had too many bad keys, and wasn't worth trying to fix, especially since a reasonably priced alternative from MacSales was available. Unit arrived and unpacked and operation in minutes. Much better than fighting the old keyboard, and better for power consumption and lack of batteries required!

It connected quickly the first time to an Apple iMac without issue. The keys are responsive and gave no issue while using it. That's a good thing.

Nice for an active desk!

Works perfectly with Mac mini. Easy to slide around on the desk when you’re shuffling papers or other items that need immediate attention. The smaller size and wireless feature is just convenient for my use. It has most of the major function keys that my old wired keyboard had so it was an easy transition. Works as expected however, there's a marked difference in key travel when compared to older Apple USB Keyboards with numeric keys. The Magic 2 keyboard seems to bottom out much more easily than other Apple keyboards. Would I buy again? Probably as I didn't have much choice when migrating to a Mac Mini M2 as I could not connect my USB k/b to the Mini for the initial setup process. I would recommend this item to a friend! Great OEM keyboard, but a bit slow to wake.

If this is a knock-off, it's pretty convincing. Good build quality and charges via Apple's Lightening connector. Only complaint is that it takes a second or two to wake from its power-saving mode when not in use. I would recommend this item to a friend!
