Wasn't factory sealed like previous purchase of a 24" iMac

The Computer it's self is great, the package was opened by MacSales so it wasn't Factory Sealed, before being boxed in a MacSales box for shipment. We didn't request any upgrades so it shouldn't have been opened. Enough said.

I didn't get what I assumed I was. It was misleading that the ad should more space on computer for the price. I am not savvy with the technical side so I thought I was getting what I clicked on. It was misleading that I needed to go to a page 2 to configure what I wanted and not just what the ad said at the price listed. O order from your company often and I hope you will be more upfront and exact in the future to others. I would recommend this item to a friend! I wanted the 27 in MAC

I loved the rebuilt because I am not sure Apple will bring back the 27in IMac. It runs like a clock. I also have their new 27 in Studio monitor on another computer and it is no better than this rebuilt as far as video quality.
I have bought several things and I trust this company and their service. No fear of getting ripped off via EBAY companies.

The iMac arrived in a sturdy double shipping box which was in very good condition. The iMac was easy to set up with my existing keyboard and mouse. All the cd/dvd drive, dock, external hard drive, printers, and 2nd 20” Apple monitor worked great with the iMac. The 27” screen and the sound are great. For the price of a Mac Mini I got a great iMac! I would recommend this item to a friend! Late 2020 IMAC 27" 5K - Apple Factory Refurb with 1 Yr Apple Warranty

Works GREAT. VERY Fast. Apple Factory sealed Refurb unit. OWC upgraded memory to 16Gig, came from Apple with 256Gig SSD and Apple Backed one year warranty. Also purchased the Parallels Windows 1yr subscription (you DO have to purchase windows 10 separately and you MAY have to purchase Office if you want the windows functionality) which also work great. All in All VERY PLEASED with this purchase. BTW this is the 3rd computer purchased from OWC. EXCELLENT Supplier !! I would recommend this item to a friend! No guidance for setting up computer programs

I am still not able to install emails and some other programs.
New OS is differ enough that it is difficult to operate some familiar programs.
I still mostly use my 2014 Mac with Big Sur.

Excellent Purchase Experience

The entire experience of purchasing my refurbished iMac from MacSales was excellent.
I had been contemplating this purchase for sometime, so I had made my decision as to exactly what I wanted. I was able to customize my computer with additional memory.
The ordering process was easy and quick. I was told how long it would take to get the computer. Several days seemed reasonable to me. I was surprised when it was delivered two days later, a few days before promised.
The packaging as excellent. It protected the computer from damage, yet opened without having to search for additional tools.
Once booted up, the computer ran exactly as I had hoped it would.
