Excellent experience so far!

After buying the same model from Amazon and having rebooting problems right away, I sent it back and found a Mac expert online who recommended OWC as the only site reputable enough to purchase a used Mac. My experience can concur with this claim. iMac has worked perfectly and it's in perfect condition, better than the Amazon model which actually had a bit of cosmetic damage in addition to not working properly. Hopefully this will last awhile, but I would definitely buy from again. I did buy a new magic mouse and keyboard, which was not included, but they are far better than the pervious Apple versions that came with my old iMac, so that was a great upgrade. I also added more RAM after purchasing, making this a great buy and I am a happy customer. Thank you! I would recommend this item to a friend! Nice machine, has some problems

This 2020 iMac with 27'' screen is very pleasant to work with, EXCEPT for the frustrating and unreliable booting up process.
It takes multiple efforts, typically over 15 to 25 minutes, to get this rig to boot up. Needless to say, I like the machine a lot once it gets booted up, but the frustrating and unpredictable task of starting it up is a major bummer. Great purchase

This used Apple 2020 27" iMac is wonderful. It was reasonably priced, came well boxed and in a reasonable timeframe; it is in excellent condition. It is replacing a 21" iMac from 2011, so the learning curve on this "new" old model is steep since so many features have changed throughout the years. It was missing a few pieces of software that a new model ships with, but those (Numbers, Pages) were easily obtained from the App Store. I opted for more RAM as the only upgrade and forwent the magic trackpad and keyboard since I already have the older Bluetooth TP and KB, as well as an old USB Apple keyboard. Decent Price for a Renewed iMac

I was searching for a 27" iMac that was new enough to still get updates and I found it here at a price that I could afford.
With failing eyesight I need the big screen and the big Apple display is way out of my budget. So this was an important purchase for me.

Very good price, check out by respected vendor before sale, and backed by good reputation for backing product. Was further surprised order was processed within hours, and on its way next day. Received next day, and only had to change my schedule to be here to sign for receiving. Packing was superb and none of the volume and complication of factory packing - just two huge formed bubblewrap sleeves on either end. Set in very quickly and it runs so much better! Good but some issues

Initially when starting & using the new computer before all the file transfers from the previous one (approx. 500,000 files) everything went perfect. The transfer process went very well compared to previous times I've had to do this. But.... the problems started when trying to install new MS Office s/w to it since the s/w on my old machine was too old. I had this new computer originally set up with the latest version of Sonoma. When I went to install MS Office 2021 it would not install until I updated the new computer to Sequoia. Then the office s/w installed with no problems & works fine after 3 days of trying to figure out how to solve this problem! Also I had the same problem with Adobe Pro s/w. But after the update to Sequoia it installed okay as well. Since the install of the last two s/w pkg's it has just been the usual issues of getting use to the new ways the latest OS requires one to do things. But that is normal when changing OS s/w. But...even with these relatively minor issues I certainly would recommend this machine wholeheartedly. Wouldn't want any other one.
