Great laptop, perfect for my use

I use Macs for Apple Logic (music production software). The migration was a bit of a pain but is mostly done and there's only one virtual instrument I haven't been able to migrate. That's not OWC's or even Apple's fault. The computer itself is a beast, 32 GB of RAM hard connected to the processor and 1 TB of SSD. I love this thing. What's weird is the M1 chip is better for Logic than the M2 or M3. I don't know the specifics but some pf the cores in the M2 and M3 or not full capability whereas in the M1 they're all full capability. I would recommend this item to a friend! MacBook is overall good quality. You get what you pay for. On another note shipping is a different situation. Beware of “BEWARE” of “SHIP TODAY”. Simply false advertisement. OWC can’tt verify that the seller is sending it that day. They may create the label “that day”. The item will be shipped whenever they ship it. If you are in a bind and shipping is important be mindful. You just might waste $50 or more I would recommend this item to a friend!

My daughter is happy with this computer. It arrived quickly and so far it is meeting expectations. I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished one and did get the service plan but have had no issues. Quality Machine, Smooth Support

I'm a creative; voice actor/valve boneman. The Mac Book Pro has been an extension of my brain for a long time. The problem with Mac Book Pros is, though, that they are so dependable, of such high quality, that they last ALMOST too long. My old MBP was a March 2013 build running Catalina. It was maxed out and time to move on. But I'm weary of those sorts of changes, especially as it relates to data migration...going from 10-point-something to 14-point-something, and expecting all of that data to make it from old to new, almost requires magical thinking. So, yeah, I was weary but it was time. I pulled the trigger on this baby through Mac Sales (having trusted OWC with numerous backup drives and Mac repairs through the years) and, sure enough, the package came, and here it sat in my studio for a week before I could work up the courage to turn it on and begin the data migration process.
It didn't work.
Not initially, anyhow, but the data migration had failed. After 22 hours of transfer time.
I called MS.com for support. The friendly, affable and easy-going tech that got on the phone with me started in, addressing my greatest fears, with: "Hey, we got this. No problem. We see this all the time, we'll get you there." I don't know about you but when those sorts of words are spoken, by an expert, it's the world's most powerful Fear Band-Aid. I was immediately put at ease. And, sure enough...he made it happen.
Now that the data has been transferred and all systems are up-and-running and I can see and feel this machine in action, I have to say that I've never had a more positive computer EXPERIENCE in my life. This system and its working parts are flawless and incredibly fast.

Great product, with there was a better physical description

I honestly wish there was a better physical description on the like if it was dented and such because i expected a "Very Good Condition" to have less physical issues....
