Some minor scuff marks on the base which are not visible during operation. A small section of the screen is not evenly backlit but not an issue in normal operation. One really has to look hard to notice it. All in all I am very happy with the purchase. My only recommendation is not to avail oneself of the free laptop sleeve if shipping internationally as from my experience it elevated the import duty from 10% to 30%when the order was shipped to Thailand.

Ordering process: The machine I originally ordered for my wife turned out not to be in stock (inventory database error), which can happen. No problem, the method of problem-solving splits the amateurs form the pro's! I received an email with apologies and an offer to either find another machine (with correction for price difference) or full refund. As I was on a business trip close to my delivery address I rather wanted to have my machine. Quite quickly I found a replacement machine (similar specs) and called them with the reference number of the order (already had a case number by former email). 5 Minutes later I had my order updated and shipping was performed within the time promised. Excellent! Machine: wonderful! In very good shape, clean, fast and exactly as one would expect. Shipping packaging was quick, excellent and reasonably priced.
