        Rating: 1/5 Just stoped working August 8, 2022 About 5 weeks ago things started to slow down. Now some apps get stuck or load REAL slow. I can't use Logic Pro X anymore (system overload or HDD to slow.) Almost all of my programs get stuck or won't open. When I got the computer everything was great, I had all the speed and stability that I expect from a mac but one day....... OWC is great, computers I've bought before and they are still working fine. I got this one because I needed Monterey and a 2019 had the right processor. Now I use my tablet, don't record music and can hardly open safari. Great computer when it works.

I do see from your order that it is a 5400 RPM HDD which is the slower than the 7200 3.5" SATA drives we'd use for a 27" but with the way it seems to be throttling I think it may be something other than the drive. I work in the digital audio environment and "for me" this computer was too slow and ran out of ram fast. I believe that if this iMac had 16 gig of memory it would have been fine for my work. I was reintroduced to the "dreaded spinning beach ball of death" LOL and that is completely my fault. I though that 8 gig of ram would be enough for me, but, alas, not to be. OWC has been very helpful, even in these times of "supply chain delays". I'm very satisfied with working with OWC and will continue to in the future

December 10, 2021 I had a 2011 iMac that was getting more and more obsolete with even my programmer's text editor 2 versions behind because the MacOS was 3 versions behind because the hardware was 3 generations behind, etc. So I couldn't do more and more as time went by ... I had to figure out if I should upgrade to the new iMac with the M1 chip or stick with an Intel CPU. The reality was that some of the engineering software I rely on does not have a native M1 version so would be running -- for who knows how long -- in emulation. Not really acceptable for what I am doing so I started looking for a used Intel iMac which I found at OWC, a mint-condition Intel Core i9 2019 iMac. It works beautifully and has successfully replaced my 2011 machine ... thanks OWC, much appreciated!!

        Rating: 5/5 Appreciate Used Pricing for a Like New Computer November 19, 2021 Good machine at a reasonable price. I have used Apple products since 1993 and found them to be way more user friendly than the other choices. I bought a new 27 inch iMac in 2020 to replace a 2009 iMac and I wanted to replace my wife's 2008 iMac but she didn't want to spend that much for her upgrade. The 2019 used iMac provided her with an excellent improvement at a price with which she was more comfortable. My experience with MacSales.com provided me with the confidence that if they were selling something I would be satisfied with it. My wife loves her 'new' iMac. :-)
