Details

  • Select OWC USB-C Travel Dock E users may experience “pause-frames” due to the network buffer reaching capacity. These pauses in network data transmission negatively impact the performance of networked devices.
    • This behavior occurs when the OWC USB-C Travel Dock E is disconnected from the host but has an active ethernet cable connected and is being powered through the USB charging port.

Instructions

  • The ethernet cable or USB charging port cable should be disconnected from the OWC USB-C Travel Dock-E when not in use. Disconnecting either cable should prevent the network buffer from reaching capacity while not in use.
