Select OWC USB-C Travel Dock E users may experience “pause-frames” due to the network buffer reaching capacity. These pauses in network data transmission negatively impact the performance of networked devices.
- This behavior occurs when the OWC USB-C Travel Dock E is disconnected from the host but has an active ethernet cable connected and is being powered through the USB charging port.

Instructions

The ethernet cable or USB charging port cable should be disconnected from the OWC USB-C Travel Dock-E when not in use. Disconnecting either cable should prevent the network buffer from reaching capacity while not in use.
