Getting a rebate is easy!
- Determine your eligibility for a trade-in rebate:
- You must have purchased one or more qualifying new OWC items from MacSales.com.
- Purchases of open box, used, or clearance items are not eligible – trade-in rebates cannot be applied to these purchases.
- Make sure you are satisfied with and keeping the new item(s) you purchased.
- Your trade-in item(s) must be functional and in proper working order.
- Your trade-in item(s) must be of like-kind to the new item(s) you purchased.
- For example, if you purchase two (2) memory modules, you are eligible to trade in up to two (2) memory modules.
- The number of trade-in items cannot exceed the number of purchased items.
- Find the item(s) you wish to trade in from the list below, and fill out the Online Rebate Form.
- You must submit your Online Rebate Form within sixty (60) days of the receipt of your new item(s).
- You will be required to sign in to your OWC Account – if you do not have an OWC Account, you must create one before you can complete your trade-in.
- Once you have completed and submitted your Online Rebate Form, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Ship us your eligible, functional trade-in item(s) according to the instructions provided in the rebate authorization email.
- Upon receipt, we will test your trade-in item(s) to confirm that your items are functional and in proper working order.
- If your trade-in item(s) successfully pass testing, we will issue a rebate for the qualifying amount.
- Please allow 14 days for rebate processing.
- Rebates will be paid by your choice of PayPal, Venmo, or in-store credit.
Please note – If your trade-in item(s) do not meet rebate qualifications, your trade-in item(s) will be returned to you at your expense. OWC does not provide return shipping for trade-in item(s) that do not meet rebate qualifications.
