Issue	Work Around
When using our Thunderbolt 4 Dock or Thunderbolt 3 Dock (12, 13, & 14 port) for recording sound input through the headphone jack, the recorded sound will be soft.	While our Thunderbolt 4 Dock and Thunderbolt 3 Dock (12, 13, & 14 port) have pre-amplification for audio output, these docks do not have pr-amplification for recorded sound input. Adjusting the input volume through System Preferences does not improve the softness of the recording. There is currently no workaround for this discovery. Connecting the desired input directly into the computer system will improve the recorded sound input.
