All refused orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges incurred in the return and retrieval of the shipment to OWC. International orders that are refused may be subject to local taxes, import and export fees, as well as the 5% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Refused packages may be subject to return delivery delay by carriers and is out of the control of OWC.
