OWC’s SSDs have a great lifespan and 3+ years warranty is a good warranty.
I wish, however, that OWC would have a minimum of 3 years warranty on ALL of their hardware. I have had so many of the hard drive sleds (Voyager Q) fail that I’ve lost confidence in their manufacturing. OWC’s hardware is not cheap. You can spend about half the cost and get something on Amazon. It should be BETTER if it costs more and a 3 year minimum warranty would prove that OWC believes in their product.
I hope OWC will consider a blanket 3-year warranty on all of their hardware.
