Thom Michael Mulligan is a versatile, hardworking actor and producer. He utilizes a keen sensitivity, depth, and energy in every role he undertakes. He is the multi-award-winning producer of the feature film “Callous,” which garnered Best Feature film awards at numerous film festivals throughout the country, including Big Bear Lake International Film Festival, Indie Fest USA Film Festival, Riverside International Film Festiva, and Oceanside International Film Festival.
Originally from NYC, this veteran actor has worked in off-broadway productions, television, feature-length and short films. He is president of Rolling Action Entertainment and Co-founder and Executive Director of Submissions for the New Hope Film Festival in New Hope, PA.
Besides acting, Thom has also been a roller and ice hockey coach for many years, working with 10-12 year-olds as a way of giving back to his community. He has also been involved in working with abused children through Micasa Group Homes in San Diego, CA.
