5 Tips to Improve the Performance of Your Mac

Want to know how to improve performance and keep your Mac running like new? In this video short, Michelle from Rocket Yard goes over five tips to improve the performance of your Mac. She offers tips for speeding up older Mac models with SSD drives like OWC’s Mercury Electra 6G. She also recommends solutions for increasing RAM with memory upgrade kits so you can multitask with confidence while using your Mac’s resources more efficiently to avoid sluggish performance.

Tips also include the benefits of keeping your internal boot drive and storage drives distinct, and how to improve graphics performance on older Macs that don’t support internal GPU upgrades by attaching an external GPU via a Thunderbolt 3 eGPU solution like the AKiTiO Node Titan.

  • The information about improving Mac performance is useful, however Michelle might want to consider looking directly at the camera, providing eye contact with audience viewers. There is a large amount of technical information being presented, yet memorizing segments of the narrative and editing the segments together instead of reading off a teleprompter might greatly improve the communications quality of her presentation. Just a suggestion. All the best!
