Apple’s next big keynote has a date.
The 2023 edition of Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference will kickoff on June 5, 2023 with a 10 a.m. Pacific, 1 p.m. Eastern keynote.
The keynote will mark the beginning of another hybrid edition of the conference. While WWDC was an in-person event prior to the pandemic, since 2020, Apple has has held the conference online. However, in the last couple of years, the company has added back in-person elements around the keynote for the press.
Apple says WWDC23 will “spotlight the latest iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS advancements.” In terms of hardware, rumors are suggesting that Apple could show off its long-awaited augmented reality headset during the keynote. Other reports suggest that we could see new Macs as well.
