Support Great Charities Through Your OWC Purchase on Giving Tuesday 2024

Everyone here at OWC always looks forward to our big Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales each year. Not just because it means being able to get our awesome solutions into the hands of more people, but also because of the day immediately following those sales: Giving Tuesday.

OWC is proud to take part in Giving Tuesday each and every year. On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, whenever you make a purchase at MacSales.com, OWC will donate 1% of the purchase price to one of four charities—and you get to choose which one(s). This year, OWC is proud to be partnering with the following charities for Giving Tuesday:

After you checkout on macsales.com, you’ll be able to chose which of the three charities above you’d like to donate to. If you’d like to split your donation between one or all of the charities you can do that as well.

Your choice will never be shared or used for any purpose other than allocating the appropriate donation amount to the charity or charities you select. OWC will tally up the donations for each charity and directly pass along the funds to the charities while sharing none of your personal information.

Once the tally has been made, you will receive an email from OWC just to share how much total funding was raised for the charities.

Giving Tuesday on macsales.com will run from Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. Central Time to Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. Central Time. You can find more information about each of the charities we’ll be donating to below.

Habitat works together with families, local communities, volunteers and partners from around the world so that more people are able to live in affordable and safe homes. The group’s advocacy efforts focus on policy reform to remove systemic barriers preventing low-income and historically underserved families from accessing adequate, affordable shelter.

Charity: Water

It all starts with water and when we bring clean water to a community, it is absolutely transformative. Safe water eliminates so many water borne diseases. This returns hours a day to kids and adults who otherwise carry often dirty water from miles away. It enables education and economic/self sustaining activities with that truly empower and break cycles by curing the problem and not being there to treat the symptoms. When we solve at the source and no longer dealing with symptoms, even more good gets done!
