I have many Macbooks, and this is the only one like this. I called about it, but it was too much hassle getting a video of it for support, so I will deal with it. I will definitely hesitate before buying another used MacBook.

Rating: 4/5 Almost perfect January 26, 2023 Purchased a used Macbook Pro with a German keyboard - price was great, delivery was great, item was well packed. Laptop looks new - no scratches or signs of wear. Operating well. One concern (and the reason for a star deduction) is that the back of the case is a bit loose. It appears like the back was removed and the screws were not tightened all the way down - or at least that is what I hope the issue is. (Could also be the wrong screws or something bulging on the inside.) I don't have the proper screwdriver (P5 I think) to investigate right now - but I am optimistically going with the tightening oversight theory. Overall - very pleased.

The left command key is worn and the C key is very worn and nearly unreadable. The keyboard is working though as advertised as Very Good condition, this was quite marginal.
