Last month OWC co-sponsored and participated in the Final Cut Pro Global Summit, and while there, we were able to share our lineup for video workflow solutions.
All throughout the week, various members from the OWC team participated in sharing their knowledge and experience as content creators, marketers, and audio/video professionals. The big day of the 6-day event was “Apple Day.” That’s when representatives from Apple address the attendees and give them updates on the latest and greatest news coming out of Cupertino.
That day was also the day that OWC CEO Larry O’Connor, OWC President Jen Soule, Chief Workflow Architect Sam Mestman, and Post Production prof Ronny Courtens gave an impressive presentation about the future of workflows. Just prior to their presentation, OWC premiered this 30 min video about OWC and its solutions.
We’re confident that you’ll be inspired by what you will be able to accomplish with the OWC lineup—from the amazing remote workflow capabilities of the Jellyfish plug and play system, to the blazing fast 10,000 MB/s read and write speeds of the Accelsior 8M2 PCIe drive. (Watch workflow expert Steven Niedzielski play 16 streams of 8K ProRes 4444 footage, and 8 streams of 12K ProRes 4444 footage, all unrendered, smoothly with no dropped frames! That’s sick! )
If you’ve ever wanted to get an overview of the OWC workflow and hard drive product lineup, this video covers everything from stem to stern. A whole host of OWC engineers and product managers will show you how OWC hardware, Thunderbolt, RAID, dock, and software solutions work.
