Aura and Aura Pro SSD: The Easy Drive Upgrade for Air and Retina
Aura and Aura Pro SSD (Flash) drive upgrades provide an easy and economical path versus buying a new laptop to achieve greater performance and/or internal drive capacity. Repurpose the original factory drive with a sleek, award-winning Envoy/Envoy Pro external enclosure included with complete DIY Kits.
OWC gives Air and Retina owners even more reason to love their laptops with the new OWC Aura SSD line. With an easy DIY upgrade, an OWC Aura SSD affordably and reliably expands the capabilities of the Air and Retina with up to 5.8x faster data speed, and up to 8x more storage capacity.
“Apple builds Macs to last and we’re excited to have great upgrades like these that extend their useful life and capability,” said Larry O’Connor, Founder and CEO, OWC. “When you can upgrade the storage capacity, even increase performance, and do so with ease in the comfort of your own home – it’s an easy decision with a considerable cost advantage versus starting over with a new system.”

OWC today announced the all-new Aura SSD for Mid 2013 and Later Mac laptops: http://blog.macsales.com/35431-owc-unveils-aura-ssd-flash-storage-upgrades-for-mid-2013-and-later-macs
I agree. Adding a 1TB version would be good.
I currently have a stock 256GB SSD in my 2012 rMBP and would consider getting a 1TB SSD for it. My SSD is always full.
Would be more useful if this product offered a capacity larger than Apple’s built-in size. I already have a 512. I need a 1TB or larger.
