However, we can talk about it all day long and it doesn’t really mean anything. It’s our customers’ opinions that count the most, and they’ve been remarkably positive. However, it also helps when an independent organization of high reputation recognizes OWC’s level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
That’s why we’re so excited that Other World Computing has earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). OWC has been a BBB accredited business since January 19, 2000. As of June of 2009, the BBB assigns grades from A to F with pluses and minuses. Just like in school, A+ is the highest grade and F is the lowest. This grade represents BBB’s degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns filed with BBB.
OWC’s A+ grade is just confirmation that when we talk about The OWC Difference and our commitment to our customers, it’s not just a bunch of marketing hype – we practice what we preach.
