Launch Pad
If you have ever used an iOS device like the iPhone or iPad, you will find Launch Pad very familiar. Launch Pad is essentially the iOS Home Screen, but on your Mac. All of your applications appear in Launch Pad where you can organize them in any fashion you choose. To group applications together just click and hold one and then drag it on top of another and release. It will then create a folder which you then can rename. Any app you download from the App Store will automatically be added to the Launch Pad. If you want to uninstall/delete an App Store application, you can do so from within Launch Pad by clicking and holding on the application, then clicking the "X" on it.
To activate Launch Pad use three fingers and your thumb and make a pinching gesture. To slide between pages simply do a two finger side swipe.
